Ratra House
The purpose of the Ratra House facility is to provide accommodation and training facilities for members of the Civil Defence. The Phoenix Park provides the backdrop for this training camp which provides accommodation for the Civil Defence Forces, climbing towers and a telecommunications mast. The project is a single storey 5,800 square foot facility comprising of 16 bedrooms, kitchen, meeting rooms and offices. The building was constructed using modular technology to ensure delivery of a high quality building within short time frame.
Be functional, by all means, but be sensitive. This was the method in which we build within a national monuments such as Phoenix park.
