Refurbishment of existing Orthopaedic building and construction of a new 2,798sqft extension connecting to existing hospital. A System build construction technique was used with the major elements of the structure fabricated at the Glenbeigh Off-Site Manufacturing facility and delivered to site. This system was utilised in order to ensure delivery of a high quality building within a short time frame. The project was completed in 3 phase to allow the hospital to decant between departments; phase 1 - refurbishment of existing building, phase2 - prepare site and construction of structure and phase3 - connection of new building to existing and commission.
