Ulster Bank
Merrion House provided Ulster Bank with an ideal location for one of their busiest branches but it also was one of it’s smallest. Glenbeigh increased the size of the excising structure to the rear of the property by adding a two storey link building. A new steel framed building with brickwork infill structure was erected to match the surrounding shop parade. The Ulster Bank continued trading through the entire construction process. This was possible due Glenbeigh’s Careful planning.
Internally the existing bank was completely refurbished including substantial partitioning rearrangements, coupled with the office fit of the space.
